It would be incredible if he’s found something that worked for him. I think the talent has always been there. Charlie was like that. You could always tell he had tools but it took years for him to put it together. Kyle is still fairly young. I guess we’ll see.

We complained about Snit but Dusty pull the American League batting champ for Díaz? That make any sense?
He got a little unlucky. Altuve’s single was unlucky and there were a few close pitches. It’s just kind of surprising given that he’s barely pitched in the big leagues and was marginal being on the roster. He wasn’t THAT bad though although if Wright hadn’t been sharp it could have gotten away from us quickly.

I would be very surprised. He wasn’t that bad but he definitely wasn’t good. I really think the early and middle innings will be some combination of Minter, Chavez, and Smiley. If we see Lee that will probably be a sign things didn’t go well.

Max would be game 6 and if game 7 is needed Ian. We’re not bringing Max back on short rest. He’s only getting one start and short rest would be too much of an unknown.
I don’t think so. We’ve had some teams in the past that have come up short when they were favored. This team was a heavy under dog and it kind of feels like playing with house money.

Just winning a World Series would set off a wave of emotions personally because so many from family that has passed were here for our last one in 95’
