That's why I put the word reputable in there. Try to stop being SOOOOO partisan for a minute. The Repubs played dirty in 2016 and won. The Dems play dumb in 2016 and lost. This time around the Repubs played arrogant and sorta dumb and the Dems either won by hook/crook or by just getting more votes. We may never really know for sure. I remember a LOT of Bill Clinton loving Dems who proudly talked about how he was innocent and being falsely accused until that blue dress came to light. These aren't just Dem infested inner cities where no Repubs dare to tread, nor is it Dem filled judges who are screwing your beloved president. There are LOTS of Dems AND Repubs who say there is no evidence or at least not enough evidence to overturn anything. At what point do you decide that while something MAY have happened it just can't be proven. I am a "every vote should be counted and verified guy by the way. The Dems have been crying and whining asking for election reform but the Repubs could not have cared any less because they thought they had the formula to win again. Now the shoe is on the proverbial foot. Does election reform look better to you now than it did a couple of months ago?

AT BEST, the data shows that some improbable events occurred. FAR from showing fraud.

they show massive dumps...mostly likely massive legal dumps where a jurisdiction with large amounts of votes reported its tally when it finished counting

there is nothing inherently wrong with a massive dump

you need more than a massive dump to go running to the doctor (or the judge as the case may be)

And the prudent thing would be to audit the data. But when analyzing the nature of the data sets on the morning of the 5th versus any set before and after you can understand what happened.

We only need reform because rules were egregiously changed in an unconstitutional manner this year.

You haven't even accomplished step one in overturning an election. You would have to prove fraud, prove how many total fraudulent votes, and then see if it flipped the state. You would have to do this for EVERY state. Not just the ones you want. And have you considered at all what that means for your down ballot red wave?

that's very different than saying an election result should be tossed because of some legal imperfection

the courts and legislatures can review this in their usual deliberative manner...these lawsuits are entirely motivated by the fact that the results did not favor a particular candidate

Last year.

yes...that is a small detail...the PA law was adopted in 2019

in Wisconsin the elections were held under the same rules they were held in 2016, maybe with a little more leeway for votes received a few days after the election

the timing of these lawsuits says it all

You don’t have to prove the exact number. You have to show a statistically significant sample that bears similar if not exact characteristics to the remaining population has a misstatement rate that would extrapolate to a different decision. That could have been done a month ago.

Election law and regulations promulgated by elections officials specify when recounts or audits occur.

They have to be applied in the same manner regardless of whether your candidate wins or not.

You can't have a set of procedures when you like the results and another when you don't. That's what the rule of law is about.

States have rules for what triggers an audit. And what triggers a recount. Those have to be adhered to as they normally are. It shouldn't be discretionary based upon one party not liking how the elections went.

What states would you like to audit? The states I’d like to audit would be flagged in very standard analytics that any auditor would use to risk assess any environment.

The country will never move together in unison but there are peer groups that you can rely on to move similarity. You know this to be true and I have confidence you already know what I’m talking about.

With broad bipartisan support, if I remember correctly.

i have no objections to doing audits...as long as the mechanisms that trigger them are the same as prior elections...in some states elections officials might have discretion and i'm fine with them exercising that discretion...but it is late in the game for any state doing this now...i'm thinking that the conditions needed to trigger an audit were not met...but to be honest i don't know the rules as to what conditions need to be satisfied to trigger an audit

There Is security footage. There are witnesses giving police a description.

We are currently at the point where the robber made it into the getaway car.

In your mythical scenario, we’re at the point where a more successful person (Biden) went to his bank, made a withdrawal from his personal bank account, Trump is standing at the teller next to Biden, asks for a loan, the bank laughs at him due to all of his debt and asks him to leave. As Biden is walking out of the bank, Trump calls the police and informs them that Biden held him up at gunpoint and stole his money.

Leaving peacefully still in the mind of the so called constitution boy

**** both of these cunts too. I hope we can vote them the **** out too
