BTW, just a reminder that the Trump we're seeing right now is

perfectly consistent with the Trump some of us saw all along.

Let's not pretend otherwise.

Maybe someone wants to explain why the rejection rates of mail ins dropped so much? I’ll expect this to be ignored.

No evidence.

No big deal.

Orange man bad.

This is also with our republican classic crowd in here as well who would rather sacrifice the integrity of our nations elections than to see trump destroy the fraudulent GOP.

Dude...if that's true then blame this guy. He should have protested the ballots right then, he should have pulled out a camera right then, he should have called the next person up the chain right then. There is no way to verify the legitimacy of ballots once they're in the count. I am aware of this, the poll workers I know are aware of this, he should be aware of this.

I agree 100% but the whole strategy from the Democrats was to comingle as many fraudalent ballots as fast as possible. Does that mean we should just sit back and accept it after we have had one of hte most successful presidencies of our lifetime?

We have to fight until we exhaust every legal avenue. The States can still not certify the vote if enough evidence is presented to them that proves the whole election process was compromised.

I'm not going to feel guilty if the house gives Trump a second term. Its the best thing for the country moving forward.

How many Trump legal team cases?

You know exactly what happened. You understand the data/math as well as anyone.

Its clear you dont' care because of your TDS which is unfortunate

Lawyers arguing before a legal tribunal must be truthful in their representations to the court. As explained by the American Bar Association, lawyers have a "special duty as officers of the court" to be truthful and to "avoid conduct that undermines the integrity of the adjudicative process." Professional responsibility rules in all 50 states -- which license lawyers and handle any disciplinary proceedings -- mirror these requirements. And when it comes to the kinds of cases filed here by the Trump Campaign, generalized allegations of "fraud" or "irregularities" or "lack of access," do not suffice for pleadings to survive; the law demands particularity and plausibility in the allegations.

So when Team Trump lawyers actually stood before judges who started asking pointed questions about the allegations and the proof, in case after case, the sweeping claims of fraud turned into something very different, with cautious lawyers furiously backtracking. And the proceedings ended, in case after case, with the allegations being dismissed. As the losses started to mount, Trump's lawyers not only withdrew from the unsupported and highly questionable positions in their legal papers, many of them fled the cases themselves.

Notwithstanding the attempt to save face by Trump legal adviser Jenna Ellis, it is not at all routine for lawyers to ask for leave to withdraw mere days after filing papers. Nor is it a good sign to have to amend your complaint to remove claims because of a lack of evidence, or to drop cases altogether, but that is what happened once Trump's lawyers had to face the music about whether they stood behind the false allegations.

Here's the problem.

1.) Even if he head the best lawyers and a court as friendly as CNN pretends it is, there's nothing there for the court to do to help him. There were procedures in place for observers to follow if they saw fraud. None of them did. None. If the allegations are true, and if they had followed those procedures and then someone higher in the chain had failed to fulfill their responsibility, then a court could help.

2.) There is no chance and never was a chance that this would go to the House. Even if there had been enough clear proof in enough states to matter, it would have been handled in a way that didn't disenfranchise entire states of people. That's just a political reality, and I think you're pragmatic enough about the nation's politics to recognize it.

So nsacpi, if the Dominion stuff isn't true then why aren't they suing?

who says they wont

but they may also judge for business reasons that letting these charges die a natural death might be the best thing to do

With the accusations made?

You know that isn't whats best for the business.

well what is the data on the drop in rejection rates...do you have a link or source?

I don't believe there is a country wide but state wide in certain areas is readily accessable.

WIth the amount of research you did in other areas I have to question why you aren't concerned about this.

This why you need true audits and not recounts. Trump legal team is filing a lawsuit today in Georgia.

If a true audit is done that either shows lack of signature verification or complete loss of chain of custody then I think you could persuade a judge that the final results are not reliable and actually throwing the case out would be what really disenfranchises the will of the people of that state.

they should present their case to a judge then
