Yeah, both the Uptons have been epic dissappointments for their career, and I'm just not talking about their stints with the Braves. These were two of the more highly touted players coming up in the minors over the past few decades and it hasn't necessarily translated to great production at this point. Everyone points to their potential, but really, both are pretty much to their points in their careers where it is put up or shut up, because talent and potential only goes so far. Eventually they have to step it up and prove it or they are who they are, which is more likely at this point, and I don't see anything changing. Everyone brought the talent hype, much for the same reasons, some were drooling over a talent like George Lombard when in fact he had no actual skills beyond measurably talent to be on a baseball field.

Good win.

Kinda like stealing a game given the pitching matchup.

Man, Harang was incredible today. 3 runs allowed in 3 games for the pitching. We have to be the only team that can lose the amount of pitchers we lose to injury and still kick ass.

Our overall pitching and defense will be once again very good this year. Our bullpen is like clockwork. People take this for granted.
