I didn’t watch the game so I have less emotion

I am not sucked in to thinking this is a top 2 team in the division much less a etc team so I’m not mad

Looks like newk was pretty solid in bad conditions. Ozzie and dansby look great. That is mitre important than a win to me.

If you told me I could have the playoffs this year or have newk, dansby and Ozzie 2+ war then I’m taking the individual goals

Dude - same thing man. Took a nap in the 5th and woke up to....this. Wife and I just went out to eat, and the place was playing the replay. I'm not going back thru this thread, but it floors me that we gave up 7+ runs with 2 outs, and that we never brought in Viz or the Minty Hippo. Luckily our check arrived right when Baez came to the plate so I didn't have to endure the comeback. Sunday is going to be a gut check - very interested to see how we bounce back from this

No doubt. Albies could be way more.

For the braves to be good they really need albies and Swanson to be impact players.

The braves need to have one of gohara folty Newcombe soroka Wright be a stud. They need at least two of them to be 2-3 war pitchers.

This is the year we find that out. If those guys keep tracking like they are then we are set up really well.

Shoot. If at the end of the year the line up is Ozzie Swanson then ff then we will be really set up to go all in . Bc if snit moves to that full time then albies and Swanson were raking all year
 
That game shouldn't have been played. It was stupid having players step into the box against pitchers with frozen fingers throwing wet balls at 95 mph.
 
our pitching coach should be fired.

I nominate even though he is a douchebag at times, Enscheff, because he has a clue and know what he is talking about. He could coach circles around the idiot we have now.
 
Game was a complete throw away. Only thing to take out of it is Albies is a map candidate and Newk is turning the corner.

To be fair, there are jars of marmalade that could coach circles around Hernandez.
 
Hard to blame anyone really. I didn't get a chance to watch the game, but after watching the replays, the first word I said was "sloppy.". Then I read the recap.... 30 mph winds and freezing temperatures.... The game should have been postponed.
