More and more go back to the drew smyly signing as really being a wtf vs. filling out our depth. The lack of Duvall, Flowers, and two relief pitchers has quite possibly cost us 3-4 games already. Too many gaps, not enough depth, its just a big problem.
that’s why you don’t bring in a lefty at all there to begin with.

I didn't. I just thought it was a remarkably stupid signing. Not Smyly, Smyly at $11M. And it is. Even if he stays healthy and effective.

Marte, Anderson, Jazz (so far) and maybe Rojas? Aguilar is meh, Cooper is undisciplined and Duvall isn't very good. They're getting hurt by the meh hitters.

Snit was forced to use a LHP against a series of tough RHH because there’s no high leverage RHP on the roster.
We are seeing every single hole in this roster popping up to bite the team at the worst time. There is no good luck to be had early this season for the Braves.
