If Biddle can’t get into the game here, why is he even up? Let him keep getting innings at Gwinnett.
I just don't understand Snitker.
Soak this one in boys. With Thor, DeGrom, and Wheeler coming up I don’t expect much the next three days.

He had a losing record in the minors and while wins and losses are not as important there, usually losing managers don't get jobs managing in MLB. He is bad at bullpen management IMO. I still wish we'd hired the Rockies current manager.
So....92 win season?
Will be interesting who AA hires as manager to replace Snit.

I’m not suggesting we can’t find an upgrade for Snit, but he’s doing mostly the right things this year w.r.t. to strategy (and he’s improving!). He knows how to handle a double switch, understands late inning defensive substitutions, etc. I know his bullpen management is suspect, but I can’t think of a more thankless task in life than managing a bullpen filled with mediocre pitchers. Will be interesting who AA hires as manager to replace Snit.
Yes, Bud Black would have been a Great improvement. He wouldn't put up with Hernandez for more than a week of ST.
But, I would start by firing Hernandez. He's easier to replace than Snitckers right now. We should have signed Mike Maddux early this season.

The player’s seem to enjoy playing for Snit and we are starting to see young player’s really develop under his watch. As long as he gets this part right, I am completely comfortable keeping him around until the perfect guy comes around.
