Every single person in a position of authority on an MLB team should know the TTO effect.

Morton was at 80 pitches in a close game and about to face the order a 3rd time. At the very least Snit should have been ready with a LHP to face Biggio...but no. That would have been the last defensible place to pull Morton, and that didn't even happen.

Every game in this series has felt identical. Get out to an early lead but don't tack on insurance runs when you have the chance. Hang on to a 1 or 2 run lead for 5 or 6 innings before leaving the starter in a little too long or letting the bullpen implode. Fail to come back against the Toronto bullpen. Sweep.
