Yeah, you can't let Sims face the top of their order next inning.

I get that Snit used Sims to try to save the pen, but the decision may have backfired in saving the pen since it is now tied, and you never know if it will go extra innings.
 
No reason Folty couldn’t have went one more. No reason for Sims to be on our roster. What do they know that we do not...because this seems about as dumb as humanly possible.
 
The problem isn't Snit using Sims there. The problem is Sims being on the roster. Sims was up for just this situation. But he shouldn't be here if he can't make more competitive pitches.

Biddle was warming up. He'll probably come in. Pitched 3 innings Friday and one Sunday. Sometimes a manager has to lean hard on someone and this is one of them. My guess is he is saving Freeman for the 8th and Minter for the 9th. Jackson held back as sacrificial lamb in case it's a long game.
