It was his left wrist that he broke.I've been thinking about Ozzie's wrist, and wouldn't it only affect left or right side?
ETA... what wrist was it? Ozzie is down by rhp, but not anywhere like he is vs lhp.
The weird thing about Riley is that his walk rate has plummeted and his K rate has skyrocketed. His power hasn’t suffered that much.It was his left wrist that he broke.
I'm not sure how each hand affects each side on switch hitters. But I can tell you that it took over a year for Freeman to regain all the strength in his wrist after he broke his in 2017. His power was off significantly the following year in 2018. And not that it matters a ton, but Freeman broke his wrist at the same age (28) that Ozzie and Riley broke theirs.
