The problem with that philosophy is, most pitchers can get guys out with 95mph. Strider just needs to be willing to adjust.

There is a lot of bad pitchers who throw 95 as well. 95 is different for every pitcher. Just because another pitcher succeeds with less velo doesn’t mean Strider should.

Sale and Ozuna are gone next year anyway, and Murphy is inconsistent.

Should be worth more on the market than they are to the Braves.

The play this offseason should be to trade Murphy for a prospect package, move Acuna to DH, and make a run at Bichette and Tucker. AA should have upwards of $100M in 2026 payroll to spend. The window is closing soon, so he may as well blow the budget for a couple more WS runs.
