GDT 6/6: rubber game vs dodgers

Since you guys looking up numbers, what is the braves ops 3rd time facing a pitcher? I swear it seems to be around .500

Yeah, in my memory, Acuna was money in tough spots

Well, your memory is wrong. Acuna had an even worse ops last year in the late innings at .450. You didn’t notice because the Braves were rarely losing late last year.

And he was awesome in each of the 2 prior seasons, both well over .900. Each split consisting of a pretty meaningless sample size.

Acuna is a great hitter at all times in all situations. No small random collection of PAs from some random season proves otherwise.

Fried at 75 pitches is ok to face these guys a third time.

Bonus: snit didn’t have to punt a PA to over extend the sp today.

Luckiest MFers in the league man...is that how it works? Have enough money to not only buy players but buy luck too?

Braves pitchers have allow an ungodly number of opposing hitters to get on after being up 0-2, 1-2 in the count. They have to fix that mess.

Tricky spot assuming Fried gets Pujols or Pollock and doesn’t bat in the bottom of the 6th.

Do you let him face the Bellinger/Lux portion of the lineup with the platoon advantage at 90+ pitches?
