GDT 6/9/24: Braves @ Nationals - Waldrep makes his debut

Yes, Martinez. The nats aren't using any lh relievers. Duvall's day is over as soon as they pulled the lh starter. Martinez isn't good, but he isn't -28 wrc+ bad - that's freaking me hitting mlb pitching bad

Has Martinez even made contact with a baseball? We're splitting hairs at this point. The whole team is garbage.

It's not like the Nationals are on fire.

If the Nationals win today, they are 7-7 in their last 14; 6-2 against the Braves in that span.

There aren't enough profane words in the English language to tell you how I feel about this trash team. Im gonna have to learn a few more languages. F this team

This weekend has changed my mind. Blow this thing up. Olson, Murphy, Ozuna, Fried, Bummer and a couple more should be on the block.

If for no other reason, a message has to be sent

Along with that, the team needs to decide in the next couple of weeks whether it has any interest in resigning Fried and is willing to win a bidding war. If not, they need to spend all of July fielding offers to move him for the best return possible.

I feel for all the pitchers. You are asking a rookie making his debut to not give up any runs and it can snowball quick. Not that I was super impressed with his pitches but the data will tell the story. His control was off that was clear. That goes back to my orig point though.

His control has been a problem since college

No one should be allowed to play golf or anything tomorrow. Every position player needs to be taking swings.
