It's the bottom of the ninth. That would mean they would have to either bring the IF or just concede the tying run for an out..the game winning run is in scoring position. Any manger would walk to set up the DP.

Even if they do a fly ball ties it up in that situation. Your % of tying it or even win it go up with the runners on 2nd and 3rd.
