Yes he did. Minor is still improving, but he's already pretty damn consistent and very good.

Yep. Lee in 2005 in his 2nd full season finished 4th in the Cy Young voting. But became so bad in 2007 that he got sent back to the minors. Then the next year in 2008 he won the Cy Young. Weird stuff.
