I hope your faith in Gausman turns out to be correct.
As bad as Fried has pitched the last month plus, I still trust him more then Gaus.

Let that sink in...

Plus our 2nd half schedule is considerably easier than the 1st half. We have a stretch from August 8th to September 3rd where we only have 3 games vs. a team with a .500 or above record. 21 games vs. teams with a losing record during that stretch.
