GDT 7/2/19: DK’s first home start

I get Nola is awesome but this is on the offense. No patience. It’s typical this happens after we’re off a day. Still, very winnable game. We do not need to lose this one.

Those 3 AB just made it much harder... we'll probably have to deal with Nola in the 8th

Have to make Nola work there to get him out of the game if anything.

Great pitching by Nola, but some poor approaches that inning.

Not over yet

Sorry guys, I’m being irrational again tonight. I just f****ing hate the Phillies, their fans, their players and their manager. I hate everything about the franchise.

Of course we don't need to, but we likely will. Heck, they may throw Nola one more inning, and the way we're swinging he may get a chance at a complete game.

Hell, they may let him pitch tomorrow.

Lol with the way we're going sure why not. Finish us off tonight (probably 8 pitches to get the next 6 outs), get back to the hotel, get a good nights sleep, and then throw 12 pitches tomorrow as an opener to get through the first three innings.

All that is true and is aggravated by the fact that, unless something changes drastically, we're going to be 2-5 against them this year (4.5 game lead notwithstanding).
