A little later than it should’ve happened, but I’m glad he didn’t wait until the inning was in hell and high water to pull him before a big RHH.

I can’t blame Snit for letting Smyly go until he gave up a hit considering he was under 80 pitches. He didn’t let him face Duvall, which was clearly the guy he shouldn’t ever face a 3rd time.

All in all this was handled well by Snit.
