He’s a good candidate. I known a lot don’t like him, but this makes the chances of Whit Merrifield go up a bit. Another guy maybe could be Trey Mancini, though it depends on how the Orioles see themselves after their recent hot streak.

Losing Duvall hurts. I may take some heat for this but there is a world where this at least sparks us to trade for a more consistent bat whereas he’d been having an overall weak year despite recent uptick.

We are going to need to limit Slippy’s innings for the stretch run…. After his abysmal start related to the short spring training, he’s been shouldering a heavy load. We can’t have him tiring come September

Give me Ketel Marte any day of the week. I think he's the only one I'd prefer more than Happ. How expensive would he be under control through 2027 (2028 club option)?
