A shame that Morton was crusing and suddenly lost it.
Unlike the other night, he was showing signs of wearing down. They had a couple of loud outs last time through the heart of the order.

LOL.
Now go back and add up all the runners the shift has prevented. We will wait for your extensive research…
If the Braves make the playoffs I don’t think Norton can be allowed to throw more than 75 pitches or face anyone 3x under any high leverage scenario.
They won't make it without a couple significant additions. The team is just mediocre. The stats, record, and run differential all say the same thing.

And we have a terrible manager and a GM that's scared to make a big trade.
Can't give up the next degrom
I think once TDA comes back all they need is a legit bat like Marte and a reliable RHP for the BP. Then they need their **** luck to change, and for Snit to deploy players correctly.
I understand why they do the shift, ye almighty. Seems other teams get lucky against us more than we do against them.

Can someone explain to me the reasoning behind Snit consistently leaving our pitchers in too long ? There has to be a legitimate reason he does this .... maybe he just wants to get fired
