GDT 8-10 ... MIKE BRINGS THE CORNMEAL AND HOT SAUCE

Wait...

We're missing out here, guys. For the first time in our lives, we can say this and it be true: "I could do that!"

Because by Zeus, I promise you I also could give up unlimited runs until it ends in a loss every single day. We must all go try out now. We have a shot.

Well, sure, but do you give him a pass for continuing to run Duvall out there vs rhp?

We'd probably not see him as much of Camargo was swinging more consistently, but that should not matter tonight. Any team aspiring to win a championship should never blow a four run lead in the ninth against a last place team. This one is not in any way shape or form on Brian Snitker. Anyone blame Snit is just looking for any reason to blame him because of dislike for him.

Well, sure, but do you give him a pass for continuing to run Duvall out there vs rhp?

Or a pass for taking Soroka out after 7 with only 82 pitches.

I can see trying to save his arm, but the score is 0-0. Keep it under control after the Braves score 3 in 8th

Swarzak, Jackson, Melancon, Greene, and finally Newk blow the game.

Took Soroka our at 82 pitches. ****ing brilliant.

PH'ing for Soroka was the correct move of course, but yeah it's frustrating because he could've either bunted or made just as unproductive an out as Joyce did and then maybe gone 9. Every manager makes that same move tho so can't fault Snitkers there

So, a question for everyone:

Tomorrow, lets say it's 3-2 Braves going to the bottom of the ninth, who is your closer?

Im thinking melancon and greene womt be used since they've pitched 2 straight days

Marlins are a heavily right handed lineup so my guess is we go with Swarzak in the 7th, Martin in the 8th and Jackson in the 9th. Tomlin if the game is tied or we are behind.
