Doesn't matter if it's a good pitch or a bad pitch or hit soft or killed. That ball is going to drop for the Rockies. It's baseball but it's frustrating.
 
Maybe if our pitchers would quit throwing the ball straight and over the middle of the ****ing plate, those little dink hits wouldn't hurt as much.
 
Oh- we will easily score six. Our offense is pretty damn dialed in- and due for some luck- we have been scalding the ball

The first home run certainly was. There was a line drive hit that last inning that Ozzie snagged. They got two or one and a half cheap hits that last inning and we're going to talk about how everything falls for them? Minter was grooving it in there for them last night.

Meanwhile, most of our guys are just swinging at every ****ing thing with no approach whatsoever.

We're just getting our ass kicked this weekend.
 
Ronald may have been jogging, but on that ridiculous bloop double, he could have been absolutely sprinting and it wouldn't have mattered.

A lot of other games can be discussed, but if the Braves don't go to the playoffs, we're going to be pointing fingers at really just two series unless there is a collapse. This one and the Giants series.

Constantly getting two strike, two out hits is pretty lucky no matter how you want to slice it.
 
They will sweep us. You can’t blow two 9th inning leads and it not mess with you. They have also watched literally every ball bounce the Rockies way.

Sad part is...we should have at least split the series. They aren’t that better than us...
 
The bloop double aside, they're putting together good at bats, not trying to do too much. They aren't swinging at stuff in the dirt. They aren't swinging at pitches above the letters like we are right now. We just haven't played good baseball at all. Stupidity cost us Thursday's game and arguably last night's. We better wake the **** up because there aren't a lot more Marlins and Mets on the schedule the rest of the way.

We’ve played fine baseball. The Rockies are just a good team and incredibly hot right now.
