I don’t think it’s crazy to suggest replacing someone who has been awful for two months with a prospect with some pedigree that at minimum would be a great baserunning and defensive asset.
You can disagree with that and I would understand the counterpoint.

I just gave you the counterpoint. Anytime one of our non-superstar players go into a slump, half this board starts calling for the AAAA bat who is mashing in AAA. If we brought Pache up and Heredia accepted the assignment, the roles would be reversed within two weeks.
Heredia is fine as long as he only faces LHP. Not great, but acceptable.

I don’t think he’s a AAAA player, I just think it’s clear that he’s not ready to contribute this year and isn’t an upgrade over what we have currently with the bat. Don’t purposefully misconstrue my point.
I don’t know why you’re getting so defensive. I won’t post “lol” again if it hurts your feelings so much.
