they're both terrible.
 
Just remembering the 10-2 lead against Washington and losing to Dan Uggla of all people told me that no lead is safe with this team.

Just like that, the Cubs get 2 back and it's a game again.

I disagree with many of Fredi's decisions and the extension he got as well, but I don't think we can judge him for what he's been given this year.

P.S- See where I was coming from with Perez and base runners??

Prior to this season, we have been in the Top 3 in wins since Fredi took over. I'll say it again, I'm not a Fredi fan -at all- but I feel that we shouldn't blame him for the way this season has gone (let's face it, it was to be expected, and he/the team did a tremendous job early on winning games)

That's true. But we can judge on him two epic September collapses and some decisions in the NLDS a couple of years ago.
 
It took marksberry all of 4 pitches to lose the lead.

TV guys saying Russell has been killing 1st pitch whole series. Seems AJ would call pitch out of zone

That's the good thing about opinions, everyone has one. Just like my opinion that Williams Perez isn't a MLB starter (proved that once again today allowing 10 baserunners (6 ER) in 4 2/3 IP)
