Chance for the Braves/myself to win their 5th game/GDT in a row which would be the longest of the season. Gotta keep the good vibes rolling and take advantage of the Gnats AAA roster while the Phils and Mets beat up on each other. Gnats lineup will be posted once released.

Which would give him two weeks worth of ABs before you'd have to make a decision about adding him to the playoff roster.

I suppose Freeman isn’t upset about his contract status anymore. That’s the only explanation for him hitting better now.

The actual predictive stats told us he was hitting well all year and getting unlucky results, but I was assured the poor results were due to his contract status. The truth can’t possibly be that he’s the same excellent hitter now as he’s been all year, and his horrid luck finally regressed to end up with better results.
 
1B Freddie Freeman was removed from tonight’s game as a precaution with an upper respiratory infection.
