I don’t think anyone thought that the torrid stretch Riley was on for a bit was what he was going to be all the time. The only argument I ever heard was that he’s improved his approach which I still think is valid. He’s still working the count and having decent at bats with the exception of today. I can’t get too on him for struggling against Max.
