I still have no clue why we hired him. He's failed hard everywhere he's been.

Who hires someone like snit too who had a career losing record in the minors? Both are not MLB calibre, but snit is better than Hernandez.

Maybe it's because the guys can't throw strikes, but no one ever thinks of that. Almost every pitcher on our staff has had some measure of control problems during their career.

Problem is that our entire staff has struggled with walks. It's getting to be a systemic problem and you have to look at the pitching coach in that case.

True, my only concern is our collapse was keyed in Sept. by a Cardinals sweep. Had that not happened they never make that run. If they sweep us at home, they could at least make this interesting again.
