I don’t love how we match up with the Reds if that’s who we end up with.

Bauer/Castillo/Gray in a 3-game series would not be very exciting. Probably the one team you'd want to avoid but with our luck, we'll face them. However, agree with wupk, the 5-8 seeds are far from decided.

That's true, but having elite SP helps a ton in October even if it's not guaranteed. Although, Braves will probably rely on their bullpen alot.

So a possibility that just occurred to me. Ozuna has an outside shot at the triple crown. I'm going to assume he gets a day off in one of the next 5 games. Assuming he gets 17 ABs (would need no walks) and goes 9-17 he would be hitting .342 which would put him in the range of the where the leaders are. Would be a crazy finish.

I still do not understand why a 22 yo pitcher with promise is in mlb without even a below average off speed pitch. He made it work tonight neither four seamer and two seamer.

He’s probably a 5 or a middle reliever anyway but i wish he was in the minors the last year focusing on a change or something.

who said he wasn't working on it? i'm sure he was. he just may not be capable.
