Did anyone else know that Acuña had a son?
Ozzie. The mini-manchild.
Did anyone else know that Acuña had a son?
wouldn't that make his son the 3rd?
So which team(s) is ****ting themselves having to face this lineup in the playoffs? MLB leading 123 team WRC+
All of them.
It would. And Ronald, the player, goes from Junior to II. So do they update his jersey in that case? This is the dumb **** I think about at 1 in the morning.

It's refreshing to be 'that' team.
Freeman, Ozuna, and Acuna rank 2 through 4 in the NL in WRC+. And we were worried about replacing Donaldson. The three-headed monster this year is just insane.
And Ozzie is coming on like a freight train.
Yeah 204 WRC+ since he came back. That's decent.
really?
my dad was a Jr. and then named me the same thing as he and my grandpa, and I became the 3rd, and he remained Jr.
i thought it was only the 2nd if you weren't named after your dad, but your grandfather (or someone else in your fam who isn't your dad).
ie your grandfather's name is Joe John Smith, your dad's name is Joe Jacob Smith, but then your parents name you Joe John Smith, after your grandfather. that makes you the II, not a Jr.
i could be wrong but that's been my understanding.

I think II can also be used if the first named matches the father's but the middle name of the child is not the same as that of the father. Very rare, but I know of an instance where that is the case. Otherwise, your definition fits what I've always thought common practice to be.
Ozuna making me want to extent
George HW and George W?
is George W the II?
