Do the Cubs get any sort of rebate on Suzuki's five year, 85 million dollar contract since he's doing his best to keep the Cubs out of the playoffs?
 
Well I was dogging them, so I have to give them a credit. That's a strong comeback win. Magic number over the Dodgers is down to 1. 2 over the Orioles.
 
We wouldn’t be approaching the team record for homers this last few days had it not been for the unsung heroes of Pillar and Wall.
 
I guess we should appluad the BP tonight. Jackson covering some innings with only 1 run.. then the big guns shutting them down.. Yates/JJ/Minter/uncle Jessie ready to cover some innings tomorrow.
 
They got Tallion going tomorrow....if we can't put up a fxkn 10 piece against that guy we don't belong.

with how the baseball gods work, Brooks Robinson’s passing may give the Orioles the plot armor of invincibility like Hank did for us in 2021.
