Unfortunately, this is what we’re struck with. Hopefully, he figures it out. It’s as simple as that. He wouldn’t sniff the starting postseason rotation if our guys were all healthy
 
Elder was horrible, but the infield-single, Ozzie not making a tag and Ronnie whiffing on the triple didn’t help. Another game where execution has been brutal.
 
Well, not much you can do when they’re chasing everything in the dirt or watching fastballs down the middle.
 
Maybe a bullpen game for game 3 with Wright and Winans as 2 bulk guys. I probably leave Elder off or have him mop up. I think he is cooked. This team should have gotten a starter and not relied on Fried/Soroka/Wright to come back healthy and 60yr old Mort to be a factor.

I would skip Strider's next start personally.
 
The Braves are going to need Fried and Strider to be like Max and Stras from 2019 in the NLDS. Both go 7-8 IP, win the game and just throw the whole pen for Game 3.
