You guys with the "never gone two innings crap" are missing the point. You use Kimbrel against their best-hitting righties, and you take your chances with the bottom of the order in the 9th.

Again, hard to criticize Fredi for it because no manager ever does that.

Again not arguing, but hes the best we got, if they could let kershaw throw on three days rest, what not let kimbrel throw 2, ride him, if you fail, you failed with the best you got, not carp who got hit in game 2

This is true but we will never know.

Not many other managers go with six out save.

Get out of the mess first with your best pitcher, then figure out if he's got anything in the tank for the 9th. If not, you could pitch a damn starter if you have to.
