No way. TLS should not be in any trade talks IMO. Lee and Utley are getting old.
You know he was joking, right?

I'm sure it's already been mentioned, but strange to see us in 1st place with a season RD of 0.
Just reading through this thread, i know i cant be talking but man alot of yall are negative as hell.
Seeing how old and decrepit the Phillies' core now is, really makes my boner for Chipper grow even more. He may have missed 25 games a year later on, but he was still one of the best players in the game. And that was really only when he was in his late 30s. These Phillies players are still early to mid-30s.
I actually haven't hated it at all. I think he's like 3-12 in the series, but with a couple big hits and a couple walks. I'll take it... he's obviously doing something right.
Need Freeman and JUP to continue their good work, hopefully Evan is back healthy soon. We do need Heyward to actually get hits. He's walking a lot, but hitting is good. lol
Utley is still very good, Lee was well.
Some of the others though...
I feel a little bad for Hamels, gotta waste his prime while they rebuild.
I wouldn't feel that bad. He's getting paid a ton to be there and he had the chance to get out.
I know, i said when it was time, he shoulda gone to LA and pitch with Kershaw.

Couldn't agree more. They even complain about me, a current all star and future hall of fame manager.
The ball Uribe hit off Carpenter is still going.
