GDT: braves vs Brewers game 3

I was so excited to watch his ERA go down (it's all I'm really excited about right now) against a HORRIBLE lineup of strikeout prone batters who can't take a walk. Welp.

Good AB by Inciarte, 9 pitches for the hit on a 3-2 count. BTW, Inciarte got cheated last night on that reversed call, they've been not reversing plays that close all year but last night that's clear? Bull****, plus one angle showed ball not in the back of the glove as foot comes down on bag so I am guessing they only had the other angle.

Beckham has been pretty solid after his awful first few games, good defense and offense since then. Freeman continues to struggle with RISP.

Check that, I guess his defense hasn't been as good as I thought. He has a -5 DRS overall with a -2 at second and -3 at third. How much of that was the first week though? I can think of two or three plays the first week that cost that may have cost that many runs overall.

Never use Krol vs a righty, he sucks vs them. I don't like him much overall personally, but he's at least been better vs lefties of late in MLB.

At this point, why not just see if Krol can escape the inning?

"It's a frog-strangler here at Turner Field."

Game might be rained-out, but the euphemism-center of Chip's brain is obviously snowed-in.
