Time to send Strider down to get stretched out and solve the 5th SP spot once and for all. He could be ready to replace whoever is the #5 by the break - when Matzek and Yates could be ready to fill out the pen. If Waters has a solid couple weeks have him take Heredia's place.
Haven't done one of these in a long time, so to celebrate Harris' arrival the lineup for the second half run would then become...
1.) RF/DH - Acuna, 2.) SS - Dansby, 3.) 1B/DH - Olson, 4.) LF/DH - Ozuna, 5.) 2B - Ozzie, 6.) 3B/1B/DH - Riley, 7.) DH/C - Contreras, 8.) C - d'Arnaud, 9.) CF - Harris
Bench - SS/2B - Arcia, CF/RF/LF/DH - Duvall, CF - Waters (with Duvall potentially as trade bait if/when Rosario returns and Pina, Tromp, and Shewmake as potential fill-ins)
Rotation - Fried, Morton, Wright, Anderson, Strider (you'd still have Davidson/Muller/possibly Shuster to make a spot start and extend to a 6-man rotation to give everyone extra rest plus the Soroka wildcard)
Pen - Jansen, Matzek, Yates, Smith, McHugh, Minter, Stephens, two of O'Day/Chavez/Vodnik (lighting people up in Gwinnett)/Ynoa/Lee
I think the writing is on the wall for Duvall at this point and that Alex will try to get some sort of AAAA filler for him as soon as Rosario is able to resume baseball activities - if they're going to start Harris' clock now, you might as well see if you can get something useful for Adam from a team looking to try to do what Alex did last year by giving up minor pieces for a lottery ticket. If they think Harris truly is ready it probably doesn't matter whether your backup CF with a high strikeout rate is Duvall or Waters - you'd still have Heredia and Deshields in Gwinnett in case of emergency.
