Thing is, guys like Max Fried don't have anything either. Sean Newcomb has something if he can keep his walk rate under control, and there are prospects in the minors (including Soroka who has debuted), that have a better chance than round 1, but outside of Newcomb (unless you count him as round 2), every single round 1 has busted.

How can you make the claim that fried has nothing? Legitimate question I'm curious what you are basing this on?
