Folty is bad again, he looks terrible tonight. He is at his worst throwing 99 mph as he cannot throw it for strikes. Then this happens.

Mike Foltynewicz, the story of a pitcher that can hit 99-100, but none of his off speed are effective out pitches.
They aren't effective because he can't locate. That ruins pitch sequencing so hitters can't be setup.

Folty either lives in the center of the strike zone or two inches off the plate. There's no in between.
