The biggest mystery in the world right now is why nobody signed Chacin to a major league deal? He's been pretty good in his major league career. Not decent, but consistently good. Is the guy just an awful human being or something? I know last year was his worst year, but still it's a pretty good bet that he's going to go back to the 2-3 WAR pitcher he has been.
