What projections are you asking for as I've already stated he should be a consistent 3-4 WAR pitcher. ERA? WAR? BB RATE? You're being pretty vague and I don't work for Baseball Reference or Fangraphs.

flowers is the goat, bad game calling at times and terrible at the plate.

Flowers has looked TERRIBLE in clutch ABs this year. Guy can't get the run in from third to save his life and it has cost us a couple games this year.
