Could go either way. The impact is being somewhat overstated. It's impossible to duplicate the amount of spending across the country. Ossoff win would be a boost and be symbolic for Democrats but there would still be a long way to go. Karen Handel is uninspiring.

It's a very affluent district in tune to the issues. A solid portion of the Republicans in it aren't wild on Trump.

No, Osoff was outspent by outside monies. By a large margin.
