Lots of ways this can end at this point. Some scary, some beneficial.
In any event, I think the economic situation is more complex than this guy is portraying it. None of the countries listed are going to tie themselves to Russia in opposition of the West.
China may beat us up constantly in their press and even want to see us decline as a power but one thing is certain, they're very deep in bed with us economically. China isn't going to curb dealings with the west in favor of Russia. They'll be willing to trade with Russia and help them circumvent sanctions but there is a line. China is very, very self-interested. They want to see their prosperity, prestige, and power grow. They need the West for that. So China will play both sides.
I see the other two playing both sides as well.
I think you could see three different camps. One is the West, the other is Russia and its client states, and the third are the neutrals who will play both sides.
As for the tech, this isn't like Afghanistan where we're leaving behind armored vehicles and such. What's being sent is stuff that would work in an insurgency.
