I know a lot of good people from bad countries. Generally the less religious ones are the good ones. I have 2 friends from Iran specifically. Nothing like the people in these videos.

I think its a simple vetting process. Tell them Muhammed was a goatfucker and those who dont give a shit are the good ones. Theres people in these countries that love our country. Its easy for you to tell others to go fight and get slaughtered. You wouldnt do that shit. Dying wouldnt even be the worst part. Read into some of their torture techniques. Honestly you would probably be on the religious side if you were born over there. Supporting sharia law.

I mean, unless you do some crazy shit like turn away a bunch of foreign students contributing to that distribution, run an intimidation campaign extorting and disparaging your top universities, stop funding a bunch of scientific endeavors and just have a generally “fuck the scientists and academics” vibe. I’m not sure what incentives we’re giving to our best and brightest in certain fields to stick around if other countries decide to bridge the funding gap. China could easily bend their societal rules to attract academic talent.
