A civil jury ruled in her favor with zero evidence, other than 2nd and 3rd hand witness testimony. It was entirely a he said/she said case. And jurors found her case more believable. Of course, the judge withheld the jury from hearing key evidence. And it took place in the most blue district in the country, where likely all the jurors liked Trump as much as you do.

Yeah I wonder why the jury believed Carol over a pathological liar and serial conman. Heres a hint. When asked in a deposition if rich and powerful men get away with rape dont say "yes, unfortunately... or fortunately". Thats what guaranteed his loss. Might be the worst answer in the history of depositions.

Its the dumbest thing you can say. Its like saying "Look I didnt murder my wife but if I did I could do it and get away with it". I wish I had a reaction of his lawyer when he said that.
