Are several thousand people murdered in cold blood by their spouse less of a societal issue than a handful of people murdered by someone from another country?

Society can't function if women are afraid to walk outside bc they may be knifed to death if the wrong asaylum seeker isn't satisfied with her refusal to let him rape her

Society also cannot function if women are afraid their husband will shoot them in the face if they go out in public and respond pleasantly to another man having a conversation with them, no?
