GTD: Braves @ STL 6/29

Surprised Washington didn't send Swanson.

Seriously, Camargo is showing he knows how to hit some. I still have no idea what his ceiling is. I don't think he will be a star by any means, but he's an asset.

Just knew if Bae got another fastball he’d get the knock; and great baserunning thereafter.

I also like this oneupmanship tonight between Bae and La Camargue.

Seriously, has Flaherty gotten a hit since April? There has to be somebody, anybody who could take his place on the roster. I guess at least he's solid defensively.

I still don't understand Flaherty's spot on this team. You have Culberson and Santana who can play his position plus even more. If you're going to put a guy on the team who can only play one position and mostly pinch hits, DFA Flaherty and put Franco on the 40 man.

I think he’s got negative defensive value this year.

His solid is less than camargo. There is zero reason to keep him

I don't know what to make of Camargo just yet, but if he can stay around an .800 OPS while playing his always good defense at 3rd base, I would have no bones about calling him a star. That is probably a consistent 4 WAR player. I'm just not totally convinced he'll become that. But I'm getting there.
