Trump's "do me a favor" request would be problematic even if it had some sort of legal grounding. But unless something else emerges, he was really strong arming the Ukrainians to invent or manufacture a crime that doesn't exist. Which makes it even more improper. And then you throw in the whole matter of withholding appropriated funds and withholding a meeting or phone call from a country that is in a very vulnerable position and what we have here is a gross abuse of office.

Giuliani is the gift that keeps on giving. The Biden campaign should be encouraging the media to keep interviewing Giuliani.

You believe this standing on an extreme side of the partisan divide regarding the issue of 'Trump'. It doesn't matter what you or I think about their 'value' to the cause. Ultimately, there is a smaller percentage of this country that needs to be convinced and the arguments set forth by these individuals is concise and convincing. If they weren't effective the Biden team would, like you, encourage them to perform. That is clearly not the case and indicative of internal polling data they are receiving.
 
Crashing and burning - A vote isn't being proposed because they know this is hot garbage and no Democrat in the house in a Trump district wants to touch this with a 10ft pole.

Just more mindless ranting by the people who can't deal with the concept that they lost power.

Trumps staff repeatedly told him his Ukraine conspiracy theories were fake news. This whole thing is like a perfect storm. They have finally found themselves in an unspinnable position. There is proof Ukraine had satisfied the US requests to fix corruption well before the phone call took place. There is evidence of Trump halting aid to Ukraine before the call with no viable excuse. There is evidence that he asked Ukraine President to investigate Biden specifically. There is evidence Trump knew he was pushing a fake story. Corrupt intent is hardly a question in this situation.

I think there is one angle that the Chosen One and his supporters could plausibly pursue, and they might yet do it. Which is to blame Rudy and say he fed the Chosen One bad information. I don't for a minute think this is exculpatory. But at least it is something that is not ridiculous to argue.
