the word is conditioned...meeting and release of aid were conditioned on Ukraine playing ball...in the end the aid was released due to whistleblower complaint and pressure from congress...
this conditioning of aid and a meeting for manufactured dirt on Biden clearly happened and is a gross abuse of office...chosen one going down in history regardless of whether the senate convicts

What strikes me about this clip is that both Jordan and the FF host are clearly, transparently lying. Trying to delegitimize the process is really the only move they have, because to address the facts would be to acknowledge the abuse of power by the president.
