I didnt think the Russian propoganda swung the election. There are shenanigans in every election. Maybe I dont want to accept that a coup took place. Maybe I smoke half a pound of marijuana a month.
 
the outcome, like the Ukrainian embrolio, is irrelevant. The mere fact Trump was susceptible to blackmail or solicited Russian involvement is damning on its own.

The presence of Manafort and Trumps behavior at the convention told volumes of what was to come. Yet people simply ignored or turned a blind eye.

Dems everywhere should be demanding that Trump, Pence, Pompeo and Barr all resign. Of course, they won't, at least not now, but they should be turning up the heat on them. They are all implicated in this Ukraine thing and it's just going to keep getting more undeniable.

IMPOTUS would be screaming this from every mountain top if it was the other way around. Reporter asks him what kind of ice cream he likes, he rants about Ukraine. No matter what the question if it's in any way critical he starts. throwing accusations around. Democrats need to wake the **** up and stop playing civil against a monster.
 
Pelosi should have put the word "bribery" in the Articles of Impeachment, or even given it its own article.

Trump's answer to the impeachment contains an objective lie.
It says that "President Trump also raised the important issue of
Ukrainian corruption" in his July 25 call with Zelensky.
The "transcript" does not mention corruption at all.
Not once.

Doesnt really hold up when he is a strong advocate for throwing people in prison for smoking a joint. If his state was a country it would lead the world in incarceration rate. If this was an actual criminal case they would look at the history of the defendant. Someone who has stayed out of trouble their whole life generally might get a break for a mistake... but with IMPOTUS you have a history of shady **** like defrauding his own charity that he has been fined for. This wasnt a mistake, it was an inevitability. And he has to be removed because he wont stop as shown by him trying to collude with Poreshenko while being under investigation for colluding with Russia. Thats like being caught robbing a bank while you know you are under investigation for robbing a bank. Kind of throws the idea of it being an isolated mistake out the window.



I think the best defense is to say everyone knew he was a corrupt criminal in 2016 and he still won. Its not like the thethe's of the world would abandon him if he admitted that. He would just say the other side is corrupt and not law abiding so I wont be, and little thethe will eat that **** up.
 
I have a gut feeling Googliani will be indicted while the Senate trial is ongoing. If Parnas has flipped I would bet he has given the FBI more than they needed.
 
Schiff with a really good opening argument about the process in the Senate. He pointed out that the truth is going to come out eventually. Do they really want to be on record as protecting Trump when that truth comes out. Thats a killer argument imo.
