Is Free Speech Under Attack in this Country?

Seems to me the young man caught a break anyhow. Harvard is trash. He should go to a real school.
 
I actually think Harvard sucks for about a million other reasons, so I agree. But the entitlement narrative here is just too poignant.

But kids make mistakes and I'm ok with having some compassion about those mistakes.

But that isnt whats happening unless you believe they are judicially applying the same standards to everyone. Why not research all their students then if it means so much to them?

word is, when they let certain people use it freely with no concern.

or a young woman that gets pregnant . Then it is about personal responsibility and make better choices blah blah blah

Kid is free to be racist or free to say whatever he likes.
He is free to yell ****** in a bank in his birthday suit

But, for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction
Which is older than notions of free speech

Harvard too is free to reject him.
For whatever reason they like within the law

I'd bet the ranch that of black people that openly call each other ****** few apply to Harvard.
I'd be interested to see databoi show us a graph or "meaning full research" to back up this claim

I'm not one of those who always goes scurrying behind words like freedom or liberty...but it seems to me that those who do should be defending Harvards freedom to act as arbitrarily as it wants to

Id rather root for the underdog in this fight because its much easier to silence them than the university.
