Is it true that certain words and phrases have recently been banned from twitter? I myself have never presumed to tell a firm how to run its business. But once upon a time I imagine certain folks around here would get upset about something like that.

U.S. District Judge Donald Molloy said in a preliminary injunction Thursday the ban "oversteps state power and infringes on the constitutional rights of users."

"We look forward to presenting the complete legal argument to defend the law that protects Montanans from the Chinese Communist Party obtaining and using their data," a spokesperson for the state's attorney general, said in a Thursday evening email.

Meanwhile, a TikTok spokesperson told Axios Thursday evening: "We are pleased the judge rejected this unconstitutional law and hundreds of thousands of Montanans can continue to express themselves, earn a living, and find community on TikTok."

If you care about the CCP accessing your data, don’t use TikTok…it’s not forced on anyone.

I don't use Tik Tok but this Libertarian mindset is insanity when the majority of the population 16-45 uses the app and is allowing the CCP to shape their minds.

It’s the kind of take that allows individuals to decide what’s best for themselves, rather than an outside 3rd party.
